This is the face of the man who was beaten almost to death by the father of the child he was caught abusing, he has since received a 25 year sentence in a US prison for his crimes.
Eighteen-year-old Raymond Frolander from Daytona Beach, Florida, was beaten within an inch of his life and left with severe facial injuries after being caught abusing the 11-year-old boy last year.[pullquote]’My son is the one who stepped in front of me and stopped me. My son saved his attackers life, so who’s really the hero in this situation?'[/pullquote]After dealing out his own rough justice, the boy’s father then called police to say: “I just walked in and found a grown man molesting (my child), and I got him in a bloody puddle for you right now.”
The father will not be charged with any crime – later in a statement to press he stated that he would have killed Frolander had his son not stopped him.
Frolander took a deal to prevent a mandatory life sentence, but will be registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life and will also have to wear a GPS monitor upon his release, NBC News affiliate WESH reported.
After the sentence, the father had these chilling last words for the predator:
“He’s going to learn in the next 25 years why I let him live.”
